DOWNSTAIRS
The living room opens out onto the back garden via double french doors & has 3 comfortable sofas - two leather 2 seaters and one a double sofabed if required.
There is a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, a mini CD hi-fi system (which also has a usb port to allow you to play music from your mp3 player) and a selection of DVDs, CDs, books & games.
At the other end of this room is the dining area, with a lovely 6ft dark mangowood dining table and seating for six.
The separate kitchen has a breakfast bar & contains the following:-
dishwasher
fridge freezer
microwave
kettle
toaster
sandwich toaster
washing machine
electric hob & oven
all cutlery, crockery, pans, dishes, etc
teatowels & towels
There is also a cloakroom with WC & wash basin, handy for children coming in from the garden.
UPSTAIRS
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a double bed, loads of fitted wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, a large mirror and a fully tiled ensuite shower room. It has full length windows looking out over the front of the house & to the sand dunes beyond Mirador de las Dunas.
The second bedroom has double french doors opening out onto a small 'Juliet' balcony which looks out over the back garden. It is furnished lavishly with a fabulous darkwood king-size four poster bed with luxurious but cool bedlinen, matching bedside cabinets, a wardrobe & a full length mirror.
The third bedroom, also with french doors opening out onto the balcony overlooking the garden, has twin beds, two bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a TV with video, a DVD player & a playstation with a selection of games. There is also a small CD/radio.
All bedrooms have free-standing fans for you to position where you like to get the most from the cooling breeze at night.
All bedlinen and towels are provided. During a 2 week stay, they will be changed at the end of the first week.
The main bathroom has a full suite, including bidet & a shower over the bath.
ROOF TERRACE
At the top of the house is a large roof terrace with pergola, dining table & 4 chairs & a table football game - hours of fun for the kids - young & old alike! Almost forgot the best bit - amazing views of the famous golden sand dunes & across the sea to Isla de Lobos & Lanzarote!
GARDEN AREA
The house has a large garden area which is gradually being landscaped. When you enter the back garden from the lounge area, you step out onto a large terraced area which captures the sun from mid morning right through to late afternoon - fabulous for your suntans!
There is also a covered pergola for those who prefer a bit of shade, a pool table/electric air hockey, a basketball net, a large dining table & chairs, plenty of sunbeds/reclining chairs and a fabulous BBQ.
